Practitioner Supervision and Support

Service Description

At The Huachuma Project, we offer Practitioner Supervision and Support to help you grow and develop your skills. Our supervision sessions provide the opportunity to review difficult cases, undertake shadow work to prevent projecting unhealed issues on clients. It's an opportunity to work on manifesting, reflect on types of clients that keep coming back, and practice on difficult issues. Looking back at your work, you might also find praise and a sense of fulfillment (if not already feeling it), as well as identify next steps on your professional development. You are most likely going to learn some more good practice and gain confidence about what you're doing. Let us help you take your practice to the next level. This support is available to you if you are an existing practitioner in service to people with the aid of tribal medicine - in form of microdosing or ceremony. Having trained many facilitators, we are in awe and respect for the commitment to bring the best results to clients. And it fills our hearts with joy to witness practitioners developing their skills as an ever-unfolding process. We feel fulfilled knowing that we provide comprehensive support to our alumni, and others. These sessions are an opportunity to discuss complexity of medicine and health conditions (including any mental ill-health), exploring projections, difficulties and trigger points, integration, after-care, intake interviews and all other aspects of working with the medicine. It is person centered around you and your needs, with practical solutions and guidance. An all-in-one holistic support for you to grow in your skills, capacity to hold space and navigate through darkness into the light.
